| انطباق کارکرد جدید یک اثر معماری با کالبد تاریخی آن رویکردی قابل توجه در زمینة میراث فرهنگی کشور است. اصلی‌ترین هدف آن حفظ برخی ارزش‌های میراثی برای نسل‌های آتی است. ساکنان خانه‌های سنتی ارزشمند در شهرهای ایران، که در تناسب کامل با اقلیم محلی، مصالح، و ساختارهای فرهنگی طراحی شده‌اند، به طور عمده آن‌ها را تخلیه و رها کرده‌اند. به منظور محافظت از این میراث‌ها و همچنین مقابله با کهنگی ناشی از خالی بودن آن‌ها در بافت‌های تاریخی، در برخی از این خانه‌ها عملکرد‌های جدیدی جاری شده است. پرسش اساسی این است: مهم‌ترین معیارها در تطبیق‌پذیری مناسب این میراث ارزشمند با عملکرد‌های جدید کدامند؟ در این مقاله نخست با کنکاش در ادبیات موضوع به استخراج مهم‌ترین معیارهای تطبیق‌پذیری پرداخته می‌شود و سپس سه نمونه با سه نوع عملکرد متداول در این گونه بناها را بر اساس آن معیارها ارزیابی می‌گردد. با علم به اینکه پروژه‌های بی‌شماری در این خصوص در کشور در حال انجام است، تلاش شده چالش‌ها و فرصت‌های استفادة مجدد از خانه‌های تاریخی، با هدف دست‌یابی به تطبیق‌پذیری مناسب‌تر، با دقت و به طور مفصل بررسی شود. این پژوهش جزء تحقیقات کاربردی و از نوع مطالعه موردی و پیمایشی است. با در نظر داشتن نمونه‌های مورد مطالعه، بر اساس معیارهای استخراج‌شده، از متخصص‌ها و غیر متخصص‌ها (همراه با توضیح واژه‌های تخصصی) پرسش‌هایی می‌شود و پاسخ‌ها به پرسش‌ها با شاخص‌هایی، که بر اساس پیشینة تحقیق تعیین و شناسایی شده‌اند، تحلیل می‌شود همچنین، از طریق بررسی‌های معمارانه در نمونه‌ها، تلاش می‌شود چالش‌های موجود در این روند شناسایی گردند. نتیجة پژوهش نشان داده است که در هر سه نمونه، هویت فرهنگی پایدار شده، اقتصاد محلی رونق یافته، و منافع زیست‌محیطی به دست آمده است. با وجود این، مشارکت‌های ذی‌نفعان در فرایند استفادة مجدد کمرنگ است و همچنین سازة بنا نیاز به بازنگری و تقویت دارد. | ||

| The adaptation of historic built environments with new uses is a significant approach for the country’s cultural heritage, with its main objective being preserving some cultural values for future generations. Designed in full harmony with local climate, materials and cultural structures, valuable traditional houses in Iranian cities are widely abandoned. To preserve this heritage and encounter the dilapidation caused by these voids in historic fabrics, new uses have been introduced into these houses. The main question is ‘what is the most important criteria for appropriate adaptation?’. The present paper starts with investigating the literature extracting adaptability criteria, and then moves on to assess three examples representing types of usual designated new uses. Understanding the fact that countless parallels are currently under way in the country, it attempts to scrutinise challenges and opportunities of such reuses in order to achieve more appropriate ways of adaptation. The paper adopts case studies and surveys as its core approach. Using extracted criteria, questions have been asked from both experts and non-experts, which is helped by architecturally oriented case studies to identify the challenges. The results show that in all three cases the cultural identity is stabilised, the local economy is flourished and environmental gains are achieved. Nevertheless, there has been poor stakeholder participation, and a need was left unfulfilled for structural reviews and reinforcements. | ||
