| چکیده | ||
| هدف: خانه داری و اشتغال زنان ممکن است رضایت از زندگی و رضایت زناشویی که از عوامل مهم در تحکیم خانواده هستند را تحت تأثیر قرار دهد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف مطالعۀ رضایت از زندگی و رضایت زناشویی زنان شاغل و خانه دار انجام شد. روش: در این پژوهش از رویکردی کیفی به شیوۀ پدیدارشناسی استفاده شد. بدین منظور تجربه زیستۀ 13 زن شاغل و 11 زن خانه دار که به روش نمونه گیری ناهمگون و هدفمند انتخاب شدند، با استفاده از مصاحبۀ نیمه ساختاریافته، مطالعه شد. برای تحلیل داده ها از روش تحلیل کلایزی استفاده شد. یافته ها: از تحلیل مصاحبه ها 34 کد بدست آمد. زنان شاغل و خانه دار در 8 تجربه شامل رضایت از رابطه با همسر، نقش حمایتی همسر، رضایت از زندگی، رضایت از رابطه با خانواده (های) اصلی، رضایت از داشتن فرزند، برنامه ریزی برای صاحب فرزند شدن، غنی تر شدن معنای زندگی با صاحب فرزند شدن، برقراری ارتباط سازنده متقابل، مشترک بودند، اما در زمینه زمان باهم بودن، فاعلیت، انطباق، لذت گرایی تجارت متفاوتی داشتند. بررسی تجارب زیسته برای زنان خانه دار انفعال و لذت گرایی و برای زنان شاغل گرانباری نقش، کمبود زمان با خانواده بودن، و کمبود میزان توجه به خود را مشخص کرد. نتیجه گیری: نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که معایب شاغل بودن برای زنان بیش از معایب خانه دار بودن است، لذا انجام مداخلات روانشناختی در جهت بهبود تجارب منفی اشتغال برای زنان شاغل و همچنین تعدیل لذت گرایی و پرهیز از انفعال برای زنان خانه دار ضرورت دارد. | ||

| Aim: Family is the most important element of society that is necessary for the survival of society. Women's housekeeping and employment may affect life satisfaction and marital satisfaction, which are important factors in strengthening the family. Aim: The aim of this research was to study the life satisfaction and marital satisfaction of working and housewives. Method: In this study, a qualitative approach was used in a phenomenological way. For this purpose, using semi-structured interviews, lived experience of 13 employed women and 13 housewives who were selected heterogeneous and purposive sampling method. Colaizzi method was used to analyze the data. Results: From the analysis of the interviews, 34 codes were obtained. Employed and housewives in 8 experiences including relationship satisfaction with husband, spouse support role, life satisfaction, relationship satisfaction with main family (s), child satisfaction, planning to have a child, richer meaning of life by having a child were common to building a mutually constructive relationship; but They had different experiences in terms of time together, activity, adaptation, hedonism. Examination of lived experiences revealed passivity and hedonism for housewives and role-playing, lack of time with family, and lack of receiving attention for self-employed women. Conclusions:The results of this study showed that the disadvantages of working for women are more than the disadvantages of being a housewife, so psychological interventions are necessary to improve negative employment experiences for working women and also to moderate hedonism and avoid passivity for housewives. | ||
