چکیده
نوآوری در نتیجه ترکیبی از عناصر دانش در سازمان‌ها ظاهر شده و دانش به‌عنوان ماده خام اصلی برای نوآوری در نظر گرفته می‌شود. روش‌های سنتی برای نوآوری دیگر اثربخش نیست و به رویکردهای جدید همچو نوآوری نیاز است. هدف پژوهش حاضر ، بررسی تأثیر قابلیت‌های مدیریت دانش بر عملکرد نوآوری با اثر میانجی نوآوری باز است که در 25 واحد‌ فناور مستقر در «پارک فناوری پردیس» واقع در شهر پردیس از استان تهران در نیمه دوم سال 1399 موردبررسی قرار گرفت. به‌منظور جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از ابزار پرسشنامه از نوع طیف لیکرت استفاده شد و داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار smartpls3 و روش مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری بررسی و تحلیل شدند. نتایج تحلیل‌ها حاکی از آن است که رابطه مثبت و قوی بین قابلیت‌های مدیریت دانش و نوآوری باز وجود دارد و نوآوری باز بر عملکرد نوآوری و عملکرد نوآوری بر نوآوری باز تأثیر دارد. ارتباط سازنده و مثبتی بین قابلیت‌های مدیریت دانش و عملکرد نوآوری در پارک فناوری پردیس ایجاد نشده است؛ در­نتیجه برای اثرگذاری نوآوری در سازمان‌های دانش‌بنیان باید به قابلیت‌های مدیریت دانش پرداخت؛ همچنین در سازمان‌های نوین و دانشی انتخاب رویکرد نوآوری باز بسیار مؤثر و تعیین‌کننده است و باید بیش‌ازپیش به از روش‌های نرم (نوآوری) استفاده شود.

Innovation emerges from a combination of knowledge elements in organizations, and knowledge is considered the primary raw material for innovation. Open innovation is one of the latest innovative approaches, which increases the probability of success and organizational development and creates investment risks. In this regard, this study examines the Knowledge Management Capabilities (KMC) on Innovation Performance (IP) with the mediating effect of Open Innovation (OI). Data was collected in 2020 from 25 technology units in Pardis Technology Park, located in Pardis city, Tehran.. Likert scale was used throughout collection, and the data was analyzed using PLS-based SEM approach. The results show a positive and strong relationship between KMC and OI, OI and IP, IP and OP. Also, there is no significant relationship between KMC and IP in the technology park. It can not make good use of the effects of OP in the relationship between KMC and IP. Therefore, KMC must be addressed for innovation to be effective in knowledge-based organizations. OI is also critical and decisive in new organizations and selective knowledge. Also, in new organizations, the OI approach is very effective and soft methods should be used more than before.
