| چکیده | ||
| این مقاله با روش توصیفی- تحلیلی به‌همراه مقایسة اجمالی به تبیین شرایط روان‌شناختی مسئولیت اخلاقی می‌پردازد و دیدگاه ملاصدرا را در این خصوص تحلیل و شباهت‌های آن‌را با دیدگاه‌های برخی از سازگارگرایان معاصر بیان می‌کند. شرایط مسئولیت اخلاقی را می‌توان به دو دسته تقسیم کرد: 1. شرایط شناختی و 2. شرایط کنترلی که دستة دوم شامل: 1. قدرت و توانایی و 2. اراده و اختیار می‌شود. ملاصدرا در تأکید بر شرایط شناختی و کنترلیِ مسئول دانستن فاعل، هم از اصول حکمی و عقلی استفاده می‌کند، هم از متون دینی یعنی قرآن و حدیث بهره می‌برد. ملاصدرا با بیان شرط بلوغ عقلی و سلامت برای فاعل مسئول، بر ویژگی‌های هنجاری لازم در مسئولیت تأکید نموده است و نظریة او به دیدگاه‌هایِ «خود حقیقی» فرانکفورت و «شایستگی‌های هنجاری» مانند فیشر و ولف شباهت دارد. هم‌چنین بر اساس مبانی حکمت متعالیه باید از مراتب برخورداری از شایستگی‌های هنجاری سخن گفت که بر اساس آن مسئولیت نیز امری ذومراتب، گستره و شدت و ضعف آن در میان انسان‌ها متفاوت خواهد بود. بدین‌سان مسئولیت انسان‌ها یکسان نیست و هر انسانی بر اساس مرتبة وجودی و توانایی‌ها و قابلیت‌ها مسئولیت اخلاقی دارد. ملاصدرا با تفکیک میان اعمال قلبی و درونی، انسان را در مورد خواطر و شوق حاصل از آن مسئول نمی‌داند، اما در مورد عزم، همت، قصد و نیت شایستة سرزنش و ستایش و کیفر و پاداش می‌بیند. بدین‌سان از دیدگاه وی قلمرو مسئولیت آدمی افزون‌بر بسیاری از اعمال بیرونی، برخی از اعمال درونی را هم شامل می‌شود. | ||

| Using a descriptive-analytical method, this paper explains the psychological conditions of moral responsibility, analyzes Mulla Sadra’s viewpoint in this regard, and expresses its similarities with the views of some contemporary compatibilists. The conditions of moral responsibility can be divided into two kins: 1. the cognitive conditions and 2. the controlling conditions, which include: a) the power and ability, and b) the will and freewill. In his emphasizing on the cognitive and controlling conditions of considering the agent as responsible, Mulla Sadra uses both rational and philosophical principles and the religious texts such as the Qur’an and Hadith. By expressing the condition of mental maturity and health for the responsible agent, Mulla Sadra has emphasized on the normative characteristics needed for responsibility, and his viewpoint is similar to Frankfurt’s view of “the true self” and Fischer’s and Wolff’s views of “normative desert”. Also, based on the foundations of Transcendent Philosophy, we should talk about the degrees of having normative desert, based on which responsibility will be a graded thing, and its scope, intensity and weakness will be different in human beings. Thus, the responsibility of human beings is not the same, and every human being has a moral responsibility according to his existential degree and his abilities and capacities. | ||
