چکیده | ||
هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی و درک عمیق تجربه زیسته دختران بزرگسال از برش هیجانی با خانواده انجام شد. روش: روش پژوهش، کیفی، از نوع پدیدارشناسی توصیفی بود. نمونه مورد مطالعه شامل 15 نفر از دختران بزرگسال در سنین 18-25 سالی بودند که تجربه برش هیجانی از خانواده داشتند. میانگین سنی شرکتکنندگان 5/21 سال بود. نمونهگیری به شکل هدفمند و گلولهبرفی انجام شد. ابتدا با استفاده از خرده مقیاس برش هیجانی موجود در پرسشنامه تجدیدنظر شده تمایزیافتگی خود (اسکورون و فریدلندر، 1988)، افراد دارای تجربه برش هیجانی انتخاب شدند و سپس در گام دوم، با آنان مصاحبه نیمهساختاریافته انجام شد. سپس کلمه به کلمه پیادهسازی شده و به روش هفت مرحلهای کلایزی (1969) مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافتهها: در این مطالعه 5 مضمون اصلی شامل: 1) عوامل موثر در تصمیم به برش هیجانی ؛ 2) دشواریهای اجرای تصمیم به برش هیجانی؛ 3) آسیبهای ایجاد شده به دنبال برش هیجانی؛ 4) سازگاری با برش هیجانی و 5) جنبههای رشدگونه برش هیجانی، شناسایی شد. نتیجهگیری: با توجه به یافتهها میتوان گفت دختران بزرگسالی که برش هیجانی از خانواده را تجربه میکنند با چالشهای جدی روبرو هستند و آسیبهای قابل توجهی میبینند، که لازم است تناسب شرایطشان، برای آنان و خانوادههایشان سیستمهای حمایتی فراهم شود. | ||

Aim: The present study was conducted to identify and understand adult girls' lived experiences of emotional cutoff from their families. Method: The present research method was qualitative, descriptive phenomenology. The sample studied included 15 adult girls, ages 18-25, who experienced emotional cutoff from their families. The average age of the participants was 21.5 years. Purposive and snowball sampling methods were used. First, by using the emotional cutting subscale in the revised self-differentiation questionnaire (Skowron and Friedlander, 1988), people with emotional cutting experience were selected and then in the second phase, a semi-structured interview was conducted, which was then implemented verbatim and analyzed using Colaizzi's (1969) seven-step method. Result: In this study, 5 main themes including 1) practical factors in the decision to emotionally cutoff; 2) the difficulties in implementing the decision to emotionally cutoff; 3) injuries caused by emotional cutoff; 4) adjustment to emotional cut off and 5) developmental aspects of emotional cut off were identified. Discussion: Findings indicate that adult girls who experience emotional cutoff from their families face serious challenges and experience significant damage and that there is a need to provide them and their families with support systems that are appropriate for their conditions. | ||
