چکیده
هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر مقایسه طرحواره‌های ناسازگاراولیه و تاب آوری در مادران دارای دانش آموزان کم توان ذهنی و دانش آموزان اُتیسم بود.
روش‌ها: روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع علی- مقایسه‌ای بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل تمام مادران دارای دانش آموزان کم توان ذهنی و اُتیسم در مدارس ابتدایی کم توان ذهنی و اتیسم شهر قم بودند که از میان آنها 35 مادر دارای دانش آموز کم توان ذهنی و 35 مادر دارای دانش آموز اُتیسم به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها شامل نسخه کوتاه پرسشنامه طرحواره یانگ (1998) و پرسشنامه تاب‌آوری کانر و دیویدسون (2003) بود. جهت تحلیل داده‌ها از روش آماری تحلیل واریانس چند متغیری استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد بین تاب آوری در دو گروه مادران دانش آموزان و مادران دانش آموزان کم‌توان تفاوت معنادار وجود دارد (021/0=P، 45/3=F). بین طرحواره‌های محدودیت‌های مختل (008/0=P، 85/7=F) در دو گروه مادران دانش آموزان و مادران دانش آموزان کم‌توان تفاوت معنادار وجود دارد.
نتیجه گیری: این نتایج بر اهمیت توجه به برنامه‌های مداخله‌ای مبتنی بر افزایش فعالیت جسمانی برای کاهش طرحواره‌های ناسازگار و تقویت تاب‌آوری تأکید می‌کند.

Purpose: This study aimed to compare early maladaptive schemas and psychological resilience between mothers of children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and intellectual disabilities (ID).
Methods: In this descriptive, causal-comparative study, 35 mothers of children with ASD and 35 mothers of children with ID were selected via convenience sampling from elementary schools for students with these conditions in Qom. Participants completed the Young Schema Questionnaire-Short Form (1998) and the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (2003). Data were analyzed using multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA).
Results: A significant difference in resilience was observed between the two groups (F=3.45, P=0.021). Furthermore, a significant difference was found in the early maladaptive schema domain of impaired limits (F=7.85, P=0.008).
Conclusion: The findings highlight the need for tailored interventions, particularly those incorporating physical activity, to reduce maladaptive schemas and bolster resilience in these maternal populations.
