| هدف این مقاله بررسی تاثیر تغییرات درآمد سرانه، قیمت مواد غذایی و یارانه غذایی بر کالری دریافتی افراد در مناطق شهری ایران طی سالهای 1363 تا 1387 است و به این منظور از تکنیکهای اقتصادسنجی و مدل خودرگرسیون برداری ((VAR، همانباشتگی، توابع عکسالعمل آنی، تحلیل واریانس)) و رهیافت همانباشتگی استفاده شده است. طبق یافتههای این پژوهش، رابطه بلندمدت بین متغیرهای مدل وجود دارد و شوکهایی که موجب کاهش درآمد خانوارهای شهری و کاهش یا حذف یارانه غذایی شوند، اثار منفی شدیدی بر میزان کالری دریافتی خانوارها خواهد داشت. | ||

| This paper investigated the impacts of per capita income, food prices and food price subsidies on per capita calorie intake of Iranian urban Individuals. Using the Vector Autoregressive model for the years 1984-2008, a long run relationship was found between the above mentioned variables. The results also showed that shock to the income of individuals and decreasing the food price subsidies adversely affected the calorie intake of Iranian urban households. | ||
