| چکیده | ||
| در عصر دانش و تکنولوژی، اهمیت چابکی انکارنشدنی است. چابکی به‌معنای واکنش اثربخش به محیط متغیر و غیرقابل‌پیشبینی و استفاده از آن تغییرات به‌عنوان فرصتهایی برای پیشرفت سازمانی است. هدف این پژوهش، ابتدا شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر چابکی شهرک صنعتی فاز 2 ارومیه و سپس اولویتبندی چابکی صنایع موجود در شهرک صنعتی است. برای این منظور، پیشینه پژوهش بررسی شد و عوامل مؤثر بر چابکی شناسایی و با تأیید اساتید و خبرگان صنعتی معیارهای نهایی انتخاب شدند. معیارهای نهایی عبارت‌اند از: فرآیندهای چابک، چابکی بازار، راهبرد چابک، روابط چابک، فناوری اطلاعات و کارکنان چابک. همچنین، برای این معیارها 21 زیرمعیار شناسایی شد. اوزان و رتبهبندی معیارها با استفاده از تکنیک AHP فازی به‌دست آمد و برای رتبهبندی صنایع نیز از تکنیک تاپسیس فازی استفاده شد. براساس نتایج به‌دست‌آمده، اولویتبندی معیارهای اصلی به‌ترتیب، چابکی بازار، راهبرد چابک، روابط چابک، کارکنان چابک، فناوری اطلاعات و فرآیندهای چابک هستند. نتیجه رتبهبندی چابکی صنایع نیز به‌ترتیب اولویت، صنعت فلزی، شیمیایی، سلولوزی، موادغذایی و خدمات است. | ||

| The importance of agility in today’s world which is the era of knowledge and technology is undeniable. In this regard, agility means to respond effectively to a changing and unpredictable environment and using those changes as opportunities for organizational development. The purpose of this study is primarily to identify factors affecting the agility of Phase 2 of Uremia Industrial Estate and then to prioritize agility of the existing industries in this Industrial Estate. By reviewing the literature, the factors affecting the agility identified including agile processes, agility market, agile strategy, Agile Linkages, information technology, and Agile People then is perky and criteria for the following 21 criteria were identified., and then their weights and ranking achieved by using Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) technique And fuzzy TOPSIS technique was used to ranking industries. Based on the results of the prioritization research, is agility market, agile strategy, Agile Linkages, information technology, Agile People, and agile processes.
