چکیده
طی سال­های اخیر یافتن راهی برای مواجه با محیط ­های پر تغییر و حفظ بقای سازمان به چالش مهمی در میان محققان حوزه مدیریت بدل شده است. در این میان رویکرد قابلیت­های پویا از اهمیت ویژه ­ای برخوردار شده است. بررسی متون موجود در این حوزه نشان می­ دهد یکی از الزامات پژوهشی، بررسی اثرات پویایی محیطی بر قابلیت­ های پویا است. لذا در این مقاله رابطه قابلیت­های پویا و پویایی محیطی مورد بررسی قرار خواهد گرفت. بدین منظور الگویی متشکل از سازه قابلیت های پویا (شامل قابلیت درک، قابلیت استفاده از فرصت­ها و قابلیت شکل‌دهی مجدد منابع) و پویایی محیطی (شامل پویایی فنی و پویایی بازار) طراحی شد. داده­ های پژوهش از طریق پرسشنامه و بر مبنای پاسخ­های مدیران عالی شرکت­های تولیدی فعال در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران جمع­ آوری شد. نتیجه بررسی­ های انجام‌شده با استفاده از روش کمترین مربعات جزیی و نرم ­افزار SmartPLS نشان داد رابطه بین پویایی محیطی و قابلیت­های پویا به عنوان سازه­ های سطح بالاتر معنادار است. همچنین پویایی فنی بر قابلیت درک، قابلیت استفاده از فرصت­ها و قابلیت شکل­ دهی مجدد منابع، همچنین پویایی بازار بر قابلیت درک و قابلیت استفاده از فرصت­ها تأثیر مثبت دارد.

 Maryam Nekooeezade*, Sayyed Mahmoud Hosseini**, Manizheh Ghareche***, Abbasali Hajikarimi****[1] Abstract     Find a way to cope with the changing environments and organizational survival has become a major challenge among management researchers in recent years. The dynamic capabilities view has gained particular importance. Reviews of the dynamic capabilities literatures reveal that survey effects of environmental dynamism on dynamic capabilities, is one of the research requirements. This paper examines the relationship between dynamic capabilities and environmental dynamics. So, a model of dynamic capabilities (including sensing capability, seizing capability and reconfiguration capability) and environmental dynamics (including technology and market dynamics) constructs was designed. The data were collected from the questionnaire. Questionnaires were completed by senior managers of production companies in Tehran stock exchange. We used SmartPLS. Results showed the relationship between environmental dynamics and dynamic capabilities as higher-level construct in the model is significant. Also, technological dynamics have a positive impact on sensing capability, seizing capability and reconfiguration capability.
