اثربخشی آموزش والدین مبتنی بر نظریه دلبستگی بر افزایش کیفیت مراقبت مادران کودکان مضطرب پیش‌دبستانی

چکیده
هدف این پژوهش تعیین اثربخشی بسته روش آموزش والدین مبتنی بر نظریه دلبستگی بر افزایش کیفیت مراقبت مادران دارای کودکان مضطرب پیش‌دبستانی بود. برای شناخت اثربخشی این بسته 278 نفر از مادران کودکان 2 تا 6 سال از 6 مهدکودک شهر تهران که به روش نمونه-برداری خوشه‌ای در دسترس انتخاب شده بودند، مقیاس اضطراب کودکان پیش‌دبستانی را تکمیل کردند. با توجه به نمره افراد در این مقیاس و در نظر گرفتن دیگر ملاک‌های خروج و ورود به پژوهش در نهایت 61 نفر به عنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب شده و 30 نفر در گروه آزمایش و 31 نفر در گروه مقایسه قرار گرفتند. بسته آموزش والدین مبتنی بر نظریه دلبستگی در طول 8 جلسه گروهی هفتگی (8 تا 12 نفر در هر گروه) در مهدکودک-ها به مادران گروه آزمایش ارائه شد. پس از پایان جلسات آموزشی و 3 ماه پس از آن مقیاس کیفیت مراقبتی مادر به وسیله دو گروه تکمیل شد. نتایج نشان داد که بسته آموزش والدین حساس بودن، پاسخ‌دهی و هم‌چنین دسترس-پذیری هیجانی مادران گروه آزمایش را افزایش و تعارض و سردرگمی آن‌ها را کاهش داده است و هم‌چنین پیگیری نتایج نشان داد که این تغییرات در طول 3 ماه ثبات داشته است. بر مبنای یافته-ها، بسته آموزش والدین می‌تواند در موقعیت‌های بالینی برای افزایش کیفیت مراقبت مادران و ارتقای روابط مادر ـ کودک مورد استفاده قرار گرفته و مفید باشد

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of attachment based parent training on increasing care giving quality in mothers of preschool anxious children. As such, 278 mothers of 2 to 6 years old children who were selected through available cluster sampling method from 6 nursery schools of Tehran, completed the Maternal Caregiving Quality scale.Based on obtained scores on this scale and considering including and excluding criteria, finally 61 mothers were selected as research sample and were assigned in experimental group (30 mothers) and control group (31 mothers). Attachment based parent training package was given to experimental group during in 8 weekly group sessions) 8 to 12 mothers in each group( at nursery schools. After training sessions, and 3 months later, The Maternal Caregiving Quality scale was completed again by both groups. The results indicated that Parent Training Package has increased the sensitiveness, responsiveness and also emotional availability and decreased conflict and confusion of mothers in the experimental group, and the results of follow up showed that these changes were stable over 3 months. Based on the results, this package can be used and be effective in clinical settings to increase the maternal care giving quality and prompting the mother-child relationships.
