مقایسه سبک‌های یادگیری و منبع کنترل در گروه‌های تحصیلی دانشجویان

چکیده
چکیدههدف: هدف پژوهش تعیین سبک­های یادگیری و منبع کنترل دانشجویان گروه­های تحصیلی بود. روش: روش پژوهش علی-مقایسه­ای و جامعه آماری 6992 نفر از دانشجویان مقطع کارشناسی دانشگاه تبریز در گروه­های تحصیلی علوم انسانی، علوم پایه، فنی-مهندسی و پزشکی بود که با استفاده از روش نمونه­گیری تصادفی طبقه­ای نسبی از میان آن­ها 363 نفر انتخاب شد. ابزار اندازه‌گیری، پرسشنامه سبک­های یادگیری کُلب (1999) و منبع کنترل راتر 1966 بود. داده­های به‌دست آمده با مجذور کا و تحلیل واریانس یک­راهه تحلیل شد. یافته­ها: نتایج نشان داد دانشجویان علوم انسانی سبک یادگیری انطباق­یابنده، علوم پایه سبک همگرا، فنی-­مهندسی سبک واگرا و پزشکی سبک جذب‌کننده دارند (43/72 =c2،001/0 = P). منبع کنترل دانشجویان دارای سبک یادگیری انطباق‌یابنده نسبت به گروه‌های تحصیلی دیگر بیرونی­تر (161/11 =F، 001/0 = P) و منبع کنترل دانشجویان فنی-مهندسی نسبت به گروه­های دیگر و دانشجویان پزشکی نسبت به علوم انسانی درونی­تر بود (526/64 =F، 0001/0 = P). نتیجه­گیری: از آن‌جایی که شناخت شیوه­های یادگیری می­تواند در شکل­گیری منبع کنترل درونی و بیرونی مناسب و نیز تغییر اسناد­ ناسازگار موثر باشد، بنابراین لازم است آموزش و روش­های تدریس، متناسب با سبک­های یادگیری هر گروه تحصیلی باشد تا دانشجویان با یادگیری مبانی و کاربردی رشته تحصیلی خود، تجارب آموزشی و شغلی موفقیت­آمیز را کسب کنند و به خودباوری برسند.

This research was to investigate and compare of learning styles and locus of control in academic groups (human science, basic science, engineering and medical science( of undergraduate students.it is a casual- comparative study through which 364 students of Tabriz university selected by ratio stratified random sampling. Kolb’s learning styles inventory and the Rotter’s locus of control were completed. The data were analyzed using chi- square, One- Way ANOVA and t- test. The results indicate that the learning style was accommodator for human science, convergent for basic science, divergent for engineering and assimilator for medical science. Moreover the locus of control of students, who had accommodator learning style, was more external in comparison with other academic groups. The locus of control of engineering students in comparison with other academic groups and medical science students in comparison with human science was internal. Also medical students in comparison with human science students were more internal .Moreover boys had assimilator and girls had divergent learning style. The locus of control of boys was more internal in comparison with girls. Conclusion: Understanding and awareness of both learning style and locus of control played an important role in determining and predicting of students educational and vocational success. Besides educational authorities should provide programs and curriculum with witch learning style would be appropriate with students’ academic field. Guidelines for using appropriate internal and external locus of control and changing incompatible attribution to promote empowerment, self-esteem and successful educational experience is necessary.
