چکیده
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی و مقایسه نقش سبک­های دلبستگی و راهبردهای تنظیم هیجان در پیش­بینی مشکلات رفتاری ـ هیجانی نوجوانان شبه ­خانواده و نوجوانان غیر­شبه­ه خانواده انجام گردید. مطالعه حاضر یک پژوهش علّی ـ مقایسه­ای بوده و جامعه پژوهش را تمامی نوجوانان مراکز شبه ­خانواده و نوجوانان ساکن استان اردبیل بودند. 30 نفر از نوجوانان شبه­ خانواده به شیوه داوطلبانه و 30 نفر از نـوجوانان غیر­شبه ­خانواده به شیـوه تصادفی انتخاب شدند و به فرم کوتاه پرسشنامه راهبردهای شناختی تنظیم هیجان، فهرست مشکلات رفتاری و پرسشنامه سبک­های دلبستگی پاسخ دادند.نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد دلبستگی اضطرابی، اجتنابی و نشخوارگری در نوجوانان شبه­ خانواده و دلبستگی اضطرابی و فاجعه­ پنداری در نوجوانان غیرشبه­ خانواده درونی سازی رفتاری را پیش­بینی نمودند. در نوجوانان شبه ­خانواده، نشخوارگری و دلبستگی اضطرابی و در نوجوانان غیر­شبه­ خانواده راهبرد ملامت دیگران، دلبستگی اضطرابی، ارزیابی مجدد مثبت، فاجعه­ پنداری و نشخوارگری برونی ­سازی رفتاری را پیش­بینی نمودند.همچنین نوجوانان شبه­ خانواده بیشتر دارای سبک دلبستگی اجتنابی و اضطرابی هستند و کمتر از سبک دلبستگی ایمن برخوردارند و از راهبردهای ناسازگارانه ملامت خویش، نشخوارگری، فاجعه­ پنداری و ملامت دیگران بیشتر استفاده کرده و نشانگان درونی­سازی در آنان بیشتر از نوجوانان عادی است. بنابراین نوجوانان شبه­ خانواده بیشتر از راهبردهای هیجانی ناسازگارانه و سبک‌های دلبستگی نا‌‌‌ایمن برخوردارند.

This research examined the role of attachment styles and cognitive emo-tional regulation strategies on emotional-behavioral problems in foster care and nonfoster care adolescents. The method of study was causal-comparison. The population was all foster care adolescents of foster care center in Ardebil. A sample of 30 foster care adolescents selected through available sampling  method and compared with 30 nonfoster care adolescents selected randomly and completed the cognitive emotion regulation questionnaire, Youth Self-Report behavioral problems list, and attachment styles scale. Regression analyses revealed anxious and avoidant attachment and rumination in foster care adolescents, and anxious attachment and catastrophizing attachment in nonfoster adolescents predicted internalizing symptoms. In foster care adolescents rumination and anxious attachment were significant predictors of externalizing symptoms in nonfoster care adolescents we found that blaming other, anxious attachment, positive reassessment, catastrophizing and rumination were significant predictors of externalizing symptoms. In foster care adolescents anxious and avoidant attachment style was more frequent than security attachment and apply more maladaptive strategies of self-blaming, rumination, catastrophizing and blaming others; and internalizing symptoms are more evident in them in comparison to nonfoster adolescents. Accordingly it seems that foster care adolescents use more insecure attachment styles and use maladaptive emotion regulation strategies.
