چکیده
این مقاله به شیوه استقرایی و کیفی و با استفاده از روش مردم‌نگاری به مطالعه طلاق توافقی در بستر اندیشه و نگرش زنان متقاضی این نوع طلاق، پرداخته است. بر اساس روش نمونه‌گیری کیفی ـ هدفمند با 30 نفر از زنانی که برای طلاق توافقی به دادگاه خانواده شهرستان کرج مراجعه نموده ‌بودند، مصاحبه عمیق انجام یافت. یافته‌های به‌ دست آمده شامل شش مقوله عمده به شرح ذیل است: بازاندیشی در نقش مرد به عنوان نان‌آور خانواده، روابط جنسی نامطلوب، درگیری عاطفی، اختلافات فرهنگی ـ اجتماعی، فشار هنجاری اطرافیان و اختلالات شخصیتی و رفتاری. مقوله هسته ـ محوری این بررسی «جهت‌گیری زنان نسبت به طلاق توافقی» است که سایر مقولات عمده را در بر می‌گیرد و خود می‌تواند در تغییر و جهت‌دهی معنایی طلاق توافقی نزد زنان مؤثر واقع شود. با توجه به نتایج تحقیق، لفظ توافق در این گونه طلاق‌ها قابل تأمل است، زیرا تأمل در شرایط منجر به طلاق توافقی و کمی‌سازی مقولات، حاکی از آن بود که در نزدیک به %32 طلاق‌های توافقی، واژه توافق برازنده نیست، زیرا زن کاملاً با اجبار و از روی استیصال، اجبار و تهدید تن به آن داده است.

چکیده [English]
This article discussed mutual-consent divorce in the context of thoughts and attitude of female applicants of this type of divorce with an inductive qualitative and ethnographic method. Based on the qualitative purposive sampling, 30 women of those who had referred for divorce to family court of Karaj, were selected and deeply interviewed. The results obtained in six major categories as follows: Rethinking the role of men as families’ breadwinners, inappropriate sexual relationships, emotional conflicts, cultural- social dissensions, normative pressures of family and relatives, and personality and behavioral disorders. The core-oriented category of this study is "Women's attitude towards mutual-consent divorce" that includes other major categories and can semantically alter and redirect women’s opinion about mutual-consent divorce. According to the results, the term of mutual-consent is thought-provoking in this type of divorce; because considering the situations which were leaded to mutual-consent divorce and quantifying them revealed that nearly 32% of mutual-consent divorces were not mutual in fact; since, these women accepted divorce with desperation, coercion and threat.
