چکیده
 چکیـدهاستثنایی می باشد. روش پژوهش ازنظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش هدف از این پژوهش بررســی رابطه حمایت اجتماعی و تاب آوری با اضطراب اجتماعی و درماندگی روانشناختی مادران کودکان شامل تمامی مادران کودکان استثنایی شهرستان خلیل آباد کاشمر در ســال 98-1397بود. ابزارهای سنجش شامل پرسشنامه حمایت اجتماعی  زیمت و همکاران(1988)،  تاب آوری کانر و دیوسون (2003)، اضطراب اجتماعی کانور و همکاران(2000) و درماندگی  روانشناختی دراگیدس (1998) بود. داده ها با استفاده از  ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل مسیر تجزیه و تحلیل آماری شدند. نتایج نشان داد که بین  تاب آوری و حمایت اجتماعی با اضطراب اجتماعی و درماندگی روانشناختی مادران کودکان استثنایی رابطه مثبت معناداری وجود دارد.. همچنین نتایج نشــان داد حمایت اجتماعی 47 درصد از تاب آوری و تاب آوری، 39 درصد از اضطراب اجتماعی و 21درصد از درماندگی روانشناختی مادران کودکان استثنایی  را تبیین می کند.

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between social support and resiliency with social anxiety and psychological distress in mothers of exceptional children. The research method is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of method is a descriptive correlation type. The statistical population of the study included all mothers of exceptional children in Khalil Abad city of Kashmar in 2018-19. Measurement tools included the Social Support Questionnaire , resilience, Social anxiety and psychological distress .Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient and path analysis. The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between resilience and social support with social anxiety and psychological distress in the exceptional mothers of the exceptional children. Also, the results showed that social support was 47% of resilience and resiliency, 39% of social anxiety and 21% of helplessness Psychology explains the exceptional children of mothers.
