چکیده
مقدمه: رابطه جنسی، کارکرد طبیعی بین زوجین است که احساس رضایت از آن در حفظ نظام خانواده موثر است و عامل اصلی در پیشگیری از عدم تعهد و رابطه فرازناشویی می­باشد.  هدف: هدف پژوهش مقایسه اثربخشی زوج درمانی خود تنظیم­گری-دلبستگی و سیستمی-رفتاری بر عملکرد جنسی زنان دارای رابطه فرازناشویی بود. روش: روش پژوهش نیمه­آزمایشی، با طرح پیش­آزمون، پس­آزمون و پیگیری با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری 68 زن دارای رابطه فرازناشویی مراجعه کننده به مرکز مشاوره ویژه زنان در شهرستان سنندج در سال 1398 بود. با نمونه­گیری در دسترس 45 نفر انتخاب و بصورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و یک گروه گواه (15نفره) گمارده شدند. پرسشنامه عملکرد جنسی زنان روزن و هایمن (2004) استفاده شد. برای گروه اول برنامه زوج درمانی خود تنظیم­گری-دلبستگی 8 جلسه، و گروه دوم برنامه سیستمی-رفتاری 10 جلسه 90 دقیقه­ای اجرا شد. داده­ها با آزمون تحلیل واریانس آمیخته تحلیل شد. یافته­ها: نتایج نشان داد که هر دو مدل زوج درمانی خود تنظیم­گری-دلبستگی و سیستمی-رفتاری بر بهبود عملکرد جنسی زنان دارای رابطه فرازناشویی اثربخشی معناداری داشتند (001/0>P).  نتایج پیگیری نشان داد این نتایج بعد از سه ماه پایدار ماند. بین گروه­های زوج درمانی تفاوت معناداری وجود نداشت. نتیجه­گیری: می­توان از این دو رویکرد به عنوان مداخله­ای موثر در روابط زوجین استفاده کرد.

Aim: The present research aimed to compare the effectiveness of Self Regulation-Attachment and Systemic-Behavioral Couple Therapies on the Sexual Function in Women with Extra-Marital affairs. Method: Research method was quasi-experimental using pretest, post-test and a three month follow-up with control group. The statistical population were  women with Extra-Marital affairs referred to a counseling center in the city of Sanandaj in 2019. Through available and voluntary sampling, 45 subjects were selected and randomly assigned into two intervention and one control groups (15 persons). The Female sex functionality inventory (Rosen & Heiman, 2000) was used. One The intervention group received Self Regulation-Attachment Sepahvand, Rasoolzade Tabatabaei, Besharat, Allahyari (2014) through 8  session., another group received ystemic-Behavioral Crowe & Ridley (1990)  Couple Therapy through 10 session, of 90 minutes duration each held once a week. Data was analyzed using mixed analysis of variance with repeated measures. Results: Results showed that both couple therapy programs significantly improved the Sexual Function (P< 0.001). Follow-up analyses showed that these results remained stable after three months. No significant difference was found between the two experimental groups.  Conclusion: These two approaches can be used as an effective intervention in couple relationships.
