| چکیده | ||
| بهمنظور بررسی وضعیت تولید دانش در رشتهی رهبری و مدیریت آموزشی، این پژوهش به روش تحلیل استنادی بهعنوان یکی از فنون علمسنجی انجام پذیرفت. جامعة تحقیق، تولیدات نویسندگان حوزه مدیریت آموزشی نمایه شده در وبگاه علوم طی سالهای 1900 تا 2015 است. برای گردآوری دادهها ابتدا با استفاده از مراجع اصلی از جمله دایرهالمعارف، دستنامه، اصطلاحنامه و فرهنگ رهبری و مدیریت آموزشی و نیز راهنمایی اساتید این رشته، تعداد پنجاه کلید واژه مهم انتخاب و در وبگاه علوم مورد جستجو قرار گرفت. پس از بازیابی مدارک، دادههای مربوط به کمک نرمافزار هیست سایت مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافتههای پژوهش نشان داد، طی دوره مورد مطالعه، تعداد 9385 مدرک، بوسیله 14994 نویسنده و با استفاده از 216815 منبع در هجده قالب مختلف (مقاله، نقد، مرور کتاب و ...) تولید شده است. این مدارک، با مشارکت 3876 مؤسسه از 118 کشور و به 26 زبان نگارش شدهاند. ماهیت بیشتر آثار منتشر شده جنبة پژوهشی داشته و توسط 2468 نشریه به چاپ رسیده است که در این بین فصلنامه“Educational Administration Quarterly” پرتولیدترین و مجلهی“Teachers College Record” مؤثرترین نشریه این رشته هستند. اولین اثر چاپ شده در سال 1900، توسط ساموئل داتون صورت گرفته است و پرتولیدترین و مؤثرترین نویسندگان به ترتیب، فیلیپ هالینجر و رونالد هک هستند. بهطور کلی نرخ رشد علمی این رشته، 42/21 درصد است و بیش از نود درصد از مدارک آن، طی چهار دههی اخیر تولید شدهاند، همچنین، سال 2013 با انتشار 6365 مدرک، بیشترین میزان تولیدات علمی را به خود اختصاص دادهاست. در ضمن، دانشگاه لندن با تعداد 118 مدرک، فعالترین مرکز علمی و کشور آمریکا با تعداد 2474 اثر، معادل 26 درصد از کل مدارک، پرتولیدترین کشور دنیا میباشند. مقاله با ارائه پیشنهادهایی جهت توسعه رشته مدیریت آموزشی خاتمه مییابد. | ||

| The purpose of this study is to investigate knowledge generation in the field of Educational Leadership and Management (ELM) which used citation analysis as a scientometrics technique. The research population is ELM authors’ productions indexed in web of science (WOS) between 1900 and 2015. Using main references such as ELM encyclopedias, handbooks, thesauri, dictionaries and suggested sources by professors for data gathering, fifty important keywords were identified and searched in WOS. Collected data were analyzed by HISTCITE software. The research results show a total numbers of 9,385 documents produced by 14,994 authors, using 216,815 references in eighteen different formats (Article, critique, book review, etc.). These documents are written in 26 languages by participation of 3,876 institutes from 118 countries. Most of the produced documents are research-oriented and published by 2,468 journals. The “Educational Administration Quarterly (EAQ)” and “Teachers College Record” journals are the most productive and effective journals respectively. The first article published in scientific journals produced by Samuel Dutton in 1900 and the most productive and effective authors are Philip Hallinger and Ronald Heck respectively. The rate of ELM scientific growth is 21.42% and more than 90% of documents have been produced in the last four decades. The most number of articles (6,365) have been produced in 2013. London University with 118 products is the most active scientific institute and USA with 2,474 works (26% of total documents), is the most productive country in the world. The article ends with some suggestions. | ||
