چکیده
هدف از این پژوهش بررسی رابطه بین اهمال­کاری شغلی، وسواس و هوش هیجانی در جامعه آماری کارمندان دانشگاه­های علوم تحقیقات، آزاد و پیام نور شهر ایلام می­باشد. که با استفاده از جدول مورگان  تعداد 159 نفر به عنوان حجم نمونه و با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند، ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات شامل سه پرسشنامه (پرسشنامه اهمال کاری محقق ساخته، پرسشنامه استاندارد وسواس فکری-عملی یل و برون 1989، و پرسشنامه هوش هیجانی تراویس برادبری و جین گریوز) بوده که اعتبار( پایایی) هر کدام به ترتیب و بر اساس ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 93/، 83/، 82/ گزارش شد. برای تحلیل و تجزیه اطلاعات علاوه بر آمار توصیفی از آزمون های  آمار استنباطی همچون ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون بهره گرفته شده است. یافته­های این پژوهش نشان داد که بین اهمال­کاری با وسواس در کارمندان دانشگاههای آزاد، علوم تحقیقات و پیام نور رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد، بین اهمال­کاری و هوش هیجانی در کارمندان دانشگاههای یاد شده رابطه منفی معناداری وجود دارد. همچنین بین اهمال‌کاری و هوش هیجانی در کارمندان دانشگاه رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. باتوجه به اهمیت موضوع اهمال­کاری و همچنین قابل آموزش بودن هوش هیجانی و قابل درمان بودن وسواس می­توان به میزان اهمال­کاری را در جامعه کاهش داد.

چکیده [English]
The aim of this research is to study the relationship between obsession job and emotional intelligence in employees of science and Research, Azad and payamnoor Universities of Ilam city. Statistic population of this rescerch includes all employees of University which among them 159 individuals are randomly sclected as the statistic sample. Findings of this research showed that there is a meaningful relationship between negligence and obsession among university's employees. Inother words, when the obscession is increased, the negligence will be increased too. This means that when cmotional intelligence increascs negligence reduces. And there is a positive and meaningful relationship between obsession and emotional intelligence. This means that emotional intelligence is some how related to obsession, that is when obsession is increased beyond its threshold, emotional intelligence will be decreased. Literature showed that reinforcing emotional skills and controlling obsession compulsive disorder have important roles in improving the interpersonal and social relationships. Considering the significance of negligence subject and also the ability to train emotional intelligence and the ability to cure obsession, we could reduce negligence In the society.
