چکیده | ||
هدف: هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، مطالعه روند پژوهشهای حیطه مدیریت مدرسه محور با تأکید بر مفهوم و دلالتهای آن در آموزش و پرورش بوده است. مواد و روشها: پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی؛ از نظر رویکرد ترکیبی و به روش توصیفی-تحلیلی انجام شده است. جامعه پژوهش متشکل از 1184 سند علمی بود که در پایگاه WOS نمایه شده است. بر این اساس، بازیابی رکوردهای پژوهش حاضر، بر مبنای کلمه کلیدی «مدیریت مدرسهمحور» در بازه زمانی سالهای 2020- 2000 جستجو و فیلتر شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها، بهمنظور یافتن پرثمرتین مجلات، کشورها، نویسندگان، روند انتشار مقالات، مؤسسات و الگوی همکاری بین کشورها، پرتکرارترین کلمات و روند تحول کلمات پرتکرار و سپهر معنایی حاکم بر مفهوم مدیریت مدرسه محور از نرمافزار VOS viewer و تکنیکهای مختلف کتابشناختی و شبکههای اجتماعی بهره گرفته شد. برای اعتباربخشی دادههای پژوهش، از دو روش بازبینی توسط همکار و بازبینی توسط سه متخصص علمسنجی و مطلع از تکنیک کتابشناختی استفاده شد. بحث و نتیجهگیری: نتایج نشان داد به لحاظ کمیت، مقالات مدیریت مدرسهمحور در بازه زمانی سالهای 2010 تا 2020 روند رو به رشد داشته است. مقالات حیطه مدیریت مدرسهمحور در قالب مقالات کامل علمی-پژوهشی و مروری ارائه شده بود. پراستنادترین مجلات به ترتیب به کشورهای آمریکا، انگلستان و استرالیا و به دانشگاههای میشیگان، روچستر، کارولینا و دانشگاه ییل آمریکا اختصاص داشت. همچنین، در خصوص همکاریهای بینالمللی، بیشترین همکاری در انتشار مقالات به ترتیب به پژوهشگران کشورهای آمریکا، چین، انگلستان و استرالیا تعلق داشت. در خزانه کلمات کلیدی بهکار رفته در پژوهشهای حیطه مورد مطالعه، مفهوم مدیریت مدرسهمحور عمدتاً در تعامل با مفاهیم «مدیریت مدرسهمحور، تمرکززدایی، مدیریت، رهبری، خودمختاری مدرسه، مسئولیت، مدیر مدرسه، مشارکت، حاکمیت مدرسه، معلمان» بهکار رفته است. بهطور کلی، از مجموع دادههای استخراج شده میتوان دریافت، توجه به مفهوم مدیریت مدرسهمحور، روند افزایشی داشته است. نتایج حاصله، شاید از یکسو، حاکی از اهمیت بیشازپیش حیطه موردمطالعه است. از سوی دیگر، بیانگر اهمیت جایگاه آموزش و پرورش در دنیا و نقش تربیتی آن با تأکید بر تربیت اجتماعی، اقتصادی، فرهنگی، سیاسی شهروند مسئول است. | ||

Objective: The purpose of this study was to study the research process in school-based management with emphasis on its concept and implications in education. Materials and Methods: The purpose of the present study is applied one; it has been conducted through a mixed approach and descriptive-analytical method. The research population consisted of 1184 scientific documents indexed in the WOS database. Accordingly, the retrieval of the records of the present study was searched and filtered based on the keyword "school-based management" in the 2000-2020 period. To analyze the data and to find the most productive journals, countries, authors, the process of publishing articles, institutions and the pattern of cooperation between countries, the most frequent words and the evolution of the most frequent words and the semantic sphere governing the concept of school-based management and various bibliographic techniques and social networks were utilized. To validate the research data, the two methods of peer review and review by three scientometrics experts familiar with bibliographic techniques were applied. Discussion and Conclusion: The results showed that in terms of quantity, school-based management articles had a growing trend in the period from 2010 to 2020. The articles in the field of school-based management were presented in the form of complete scientific research and review articles. The most cited journals were in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia, respectively, and in the universities of Michigan, the University of Rochester, the University of Carolina, and Yale University. Researchers in the United States, China, the United Kingdom, and Australia also contributed the most international collaboration in terms of international collaboration. In the treasury of keywords used in the research of the study area, the concept of school-based management has been used mainly in interaction with the concepts of school-based management, decentralization, management, leadership, school autonomy, responsibility, school principal, participation, school governance, and teachers. In general, from the total data extraction, considering the concept of school-based management, there has been an increasing trend. The results, perhaps indicate the increasing importance of the field under study. On the other hand, it expresses the importance of the position of education in the world and its educational role by emphasizing the social, economic, cultural, and political education of the responsible citizen. | ||
