چکیده
این مطالعه اثربخشی مقایسه­ای دو درمان زوج محور و بیمارمحور را در بیماران مبتلا به کمردرد مزمن مورد ارزیابی قرار می­دهد. 24 بیمار مبتلا به کمردرد مزمن و همسرانشان به طور تصادفی در دو گروه درمانی مذکور جایگزین شدند. بیماران در گـروه درمـان زوج­محـور همـراه بـا همسر خـود در جلسـات هفتگـی دو سـاعتـه به مـدت هفت هفتـه مشارکت کرده و آموزش­هایی را پیرامون روش­های مقابله با درد به شیوه دو نفره و مهار­­ت­های برقراری ارتباط حین درد دریافت کردند. بیماران در گروه بیمارمحور مهارت­های مذکور را بدون حضور همسر و به صورت انفرادی دریافت کردند. نتایج تحلیل داده­ها نشان داد، گروه دریافت­کننده مداخله زوج محور به طور معناداری در مقایسه با گروه بیمارمحور در ترس از حرکت و آسیب و پاسخ منفی همسر به فعالیت بهبود بیشتری داشته اند. می­توان گفت درمان بین­رشته­ای که حضور همسر را به طور فعال ترغیب کند در بهبود برخی شاخص­های مرتبط با بیمار نتیجه­ بخش خواهد بود.
